2022年5月27日，泰国卫生部通过2022年第119期政府公报发布0004号和0005号公告，发布两项食品标签法规。具体内容为禁止在鲜奶、巴士杀菌全脂牛奶和其他食品的标签上显示“优质（Premium）”的声称。上述两个公告自政府公报发布之日起生效。
