2022年10月21日，加拿大卫生部发布NOM/ADM-0192号文件，修订其他公认用途的许可食品添加剂清单，批准将乳酸钙和海藻酸钠的使用范围扩大到封装的非标准酒精饮料。

此次修订自2022年10月21日起生效。
